Pole dancing videos completely dedicated to floor work are hard to find. Luckily, I found on video that might answer all your basic floor work needs.
Besides being sexy, floor work is a really good way to strengthen your abdominal muscles and to loosen your hips. And just by thinking about pulling your belly button as far in as you can, you will have the added benefit of engaging your deeper abdominal muscles which is the key to getting strong core muscles.
Have fun with this one! Experiment with different speeds when executing these moves. Try to dance these floor work moves instead of simply doing them. Look in the mirror to see how you can add more smoothness and fluidity to your execution.
