The number of pole dancing videos on Internet is now growing exponentially everyday. You have videos of tutorials, of pole practices, pole jams, pole competitions on videos or other performances... All very interesting for different reasons.

And I watch all of them. It is a part of my HPDP, my "Happy Pole Dance Practice"!
