I think you can agree that it is sometimes difficult to know which pole dancing moves are reasonable for you to try. Especially, when you are beginning or are training alone at home... or both!
Bridge
There's not a lot written on this subject.
To help with this difficulty, I prepared three lists with the name of many pole tricks.
I separated them in the usual beginner , intermediate and advanced level. I also classify them using my little pole dance move classification.
To help you visualize the pole moves behind the name, go visit the links I provide on these pages.
You'll notice that the names sometimes differ depending on the gallery, so I also included the different names some moves can be called.
This is just a guideline. Certain moves can be considered intermediate in one studio and advanced in another... It just happens to be that way.
Also, not all the pole tricks are listed there. I put the basic ones, the ones I see being performed the most and the ones that form the basis for other variations of that move.
That being said, there are still A LOT of pole dance moves in these lists.
Enjooooy!
Very proud of the latest pole dancing move you got... Want to show your beautiful splits in the jade... You got creative and came up with an original variation of a move...
No matter the circumstances, share a picture of a pole trick and have other visitors give you positive and constructive comments on it.
You also have a great story about you achieving this move? I want to hear that too. Share it!
