It's great to reach this level of abilities in pole dancing. The level of expression can already be very high only with beginner and intermediate pole dance moves. Let loose, play with every thing you know and you can create very nice routines with a strong stage presence and simple moves.

But adding in your pole dance vocabulary is very nice too. You'll build more core stability, more flexibility and more arm strength and endurance.

I admire any woman doing advanced pole dancing moves. At the advanced level pole dancing is close to the Chinese pole performances that we see in circuses. That is high level performance!
