I absolutely L-O-V-E this DVD. I own 4 advanced level pole DVDs and this is the one that I keep coming back to. It will challenge your flexibility (these ladies are Gumbys), your skills on the spinny, and offer you a plethora of variations on splits and inversions as well as some beautiful transitions. It assumes that you know the basics and are at a certain level with regards to your pole knowledge, so I recommend that you are at least a STRONG intermediate level pole dancer before attempting to master it. Rocking soundtrack, beautiful dancers, great solo performances and funny bloopers.
