The first time I tried this one, I was really surprised at how much force you have to develop in your legs to squeeze that pole.

But it's all good now ;)

Sit problems

Been pole dancing for just over a year now & I'm still having difficulty mastering the sits! I can't quite seem to hold it for more than a few seconds, even when squeezing my thighs like a madman! Any tips on how to improve???

Ive been dancin & doing pole for 10yrs. When u do this poles sit try 2 extend ur legs straight (do not cross them at all) & dont use your hands or arms 2 hang on, just sit.Then lay back, no hands, only the inside of ur thighs holding on *eva*

I love the sit variations. I find this one really comfortable. I found it very easy to learn too!! Awesome :)

The first time I attempted a pole sit, it hurt like a MOTHER! I believe I had a nice welt on the inside of my thigh as well.
It took me about 2 months to get it, but now I can sit without it hurting so bad.
