The spins are the pole dancing moves you immediately start to work on as a beginner. Don't think they are so easy to do though! Doing a spin with good technique is not always as obvious as it may seem.
Spinning fast and long, proper body posture, nice leg extension, pointed feet are all elements you need to keep on working as you evolve in pole dancing.
Here's a list of spins divided by levels. I include alternate names in parenthesis beside the pole dance tricks that have many names.
Try some new ones, work on them and come back to show us your achievement. I would be very nice to see how these moves look on you all...
