Show me your pole dance tricks!

I will review them and post a reply here with a few tips on how to improve your execution. The nice thing is that other visitors can also comment to complete what I tell you or to give you kudos on your progress.

It doesn't matter your level in pole dancing... There is always a thing or two we can easily improve in our execution. My experience gave me a good eye for details, so take advantage of it!

Fireman variation As an example, here I would tell myself: "Make sure that your shoulders are down and back when you do this move. Also try to have the pole in between your legs, but right behind your knees, on the fleshy part. To do that, take the time to look where you place the pole as you are going for the move."

I will give you technical, aesthetic and artistic comments. My goal is to help you improve the quality of your execution or the quality of your performance. It's my way to give you a friendly challenge ;)

Take these advices as a simple opinion. You take what you think is good for you and leave the rest.

Getting an outside opinion is an excellent way to make up your mind on what you really want for your performance.

My promise is to be honest and to give you the bests pole tips my knowledge and my professional experience allows me to.
