Horizontal Splits

Oh! This 'evolution' is really funny, cause first I learned to do it holding the pole with one hand. Now I can do it not holding the pole with my hands at all (but I'm holding my back with the inside hand). The next step I'm going to take is to fall in this position (slide) and fix again, just like Jenyne Butterfly I really love.

We call this one the Jamilla split or i've even heard it called Jade Split(?)
