The flexibility tips I share with you here are different from flexibility exercises because they can be done while doing flexibility exercises.
You may think that stretching is a passive activity and it might seem like it, but it's not. There are subtleties in the way to do your stretches that can greatly improve their efficiency.
Advanced stretch - split between chairs
I would never be able to do the advanced stretch you see in this picture if I wasn't actively engaging all my muscles to hold myself there.
Ok, ok... you might not be ready for this kind of stretch yet, but I still have a few tips for you.
Learn to incorporate these tips in the way you execute your stretching exercises and it will increase the overall quality of all your stretches.
