Improve your pole dancing level and express yourself!

Because of who I am as a circus artist, I'm attracted to the artistic side of pole dancing. For me, it's a way of expression.

Between contortion, handstand and cyr wheel, the disciplines I have specialized in during my artistic career, pole is the one that feels the most natural for me to use to express myself.

On top of that,

  • I can use my flexibility and using it naturally helps me improve it. Sweet!
  • It works out my whole body, by asking me to tighten my stomach, to pull up my legs, to squeeze my thighs, to block that elbow, to arch my back, to point my feet, etc.
  • I developed a new body awareness by having to work that pole like a monkey! (I mean.. it's very acrobatic!)
  • I can nicely blend in the dance with the pole techniques and that gives me the freedom to express myself
  • All that and I still look beautiful doing it! Perfect!

I love this athletic dance!

I also love this woman empowerment movement that goes with it. Tons of women having fun, getting in shape and embracing their feminine forces (you go sexy ladies!).

I'll be honest with you, you will need patience, discipline, perseverance and a little kick in the butt sometimes. But if you stick with it, you'll notice definitive improvements and THAT is very rewarding!
